Consult
Agreement and NDA first. We define the brand vision, target market and positioning, then scope, volumes and a timeline.
Brand
Line concept and packaging direction: container type and finish, artwork and label structure, aligned across the range.
Formulate
Concept for texture, skin feel and claims at your target cost; formula sampling with feedback, then stability and compatibility checks.
Manufacture
Production on schedule and to standard, CPNP registration per SKU where required, and export ready shipment documentation.

Milestones and payments are agreed up front, from NDA to shipment.

Both sides sign; the project then follows the steps below.

Concept direction, positioning, texture and product expectations are aligned before development starts.

Up to two formula rounds are included; a unit cost is confirmed once formula, container and design are set.

A 20% advance moves the project forward; additional extras follow the agreed quotation.

After formula, container and design are final, a 40% balance is due before mass production.

The remaining 40% is settled before shipment, and goods are prepared as export ready.
